Helping our guests to find their most comfortable mattress by educating them about the healthy advantages of a good night's sleep by explaining the features and benefits of each individual brand. Supervise, train and and oversee your Sales Associates. All administrative and management of your showroom.

Responsibilities

Showroom Managers are responsible for all Administrative aspects and Management of your location.
Supervise, train and and oversee your Sales Associates.
Providing excellent customer service for your showroom.
Scheduling your deliveries and making delivery notification calls.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing sales assistance to your guests.
Scheduling inventory transfers to your showroom.
Daily Paperwork, inventory and reporting.
Maintaining stock levels.
Evaluating and training your staff.
Showroom maintenance and cleanliness.
Daily bank deposits
Communicating your evaluations and providing suggestions for showroom merchandising.
Opening and closing the showroom and ensuring corporate policies are adhered to at all times.

Education Requirements

High school graduate.

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year of sales experience.
Furniture, bedding and appliances experience preferred.
