Previous customer, bought a new mattress in a few minutes with no hassel.
We purchased a Serta comfort hybrid blue fusion plush pillowtop 300. It sags and we both end up in the middle of the bed with neck and shoulder pain. We have put additional supports under the box spring but it did not help.
