Everything was great. Sales person was the best . He knew his product and really helped in the right selection. Mattress is great. Soft but supportive. Even the delivery guys were great. Came on time, assembled it quickly and were very friendly. I have nothing but praise for this experience.

We worked with Wesley at the Springfield location. He was great! we haven't slept on the mattress yet but we are looking forward to our delivery.
Salesperson was extremely knowledgable and purchase time process was less than 1 hour - quick and easy.

My experience at The Mattress Factory was first rate. The salesperson (Ken Sinton) was delightful and knowledgeable and the warehouse associate (Paul) was terrific as well.
