I went in looking for a new mattress and Len was a wonderful help. He recommended different mattresses for me to try out without pushing for a sale. I felt relaxed and able to decide which mattress was best for me. I highly recommend this place. I love my mattress!

We had a great experience - we were very happy with the price of the mattress for the quality. We did not feel like we were being sold anything or talked into buying something more expensive than necessary, which is always nice! And we are proud to support local and family owned businesses!

Salesman was friendly and helpful yet not pushy. This is my second mattress purchased at Mattress Factory.
When the mattress was delivered, the box spring really lifted the bed and we called the next day and requested a lower box spring and it was delivered the same week. They delivery men were nice and respectful. Had no problems at all. Nice company to deal with.
Jim was really nice. The bed is nice. I just wish there was a bed that was the same brand, but maybe slightly softer. Other then that I am happy, and my husband seems to love it. Regardless the bed is much more comfortable than our last bed was so we are happy.
