I was having back problems and I needed a new mattress so I went to Mattress Factory.
The customer service couldn't have been more nicer. I knew what I wanted and they helped me out from there. Overall great purchase!
I randomly passed the mattress factory while mattress shopping and decided to take a look. Salesperson was not very pushy but was clearly present to answer any questions.
Our past experience with a purchase aproxamitly six years ago was good so we came back to the same store. No hard sells which is nice.
