I'm normally ready for a salesperson to pitch me as soon as I walk in the store. Instead, Wesley greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted, he selected two models and told me he thought I'd like one of the two. After trying them out, I asked Wesley a few questions. His answers put me at ease. He noted the one I picked was actually on sale and that made it even better. This was by far one of the easier experiences I've had with a big-time purchase. Wesley was great!
