Our experience started out poor. We purchased a Beautyrest hybrid mattress in Nov 2020 at the Wayne location (which is now closed). At the time of purchase we were told that we had a 30 trial period. Unfortunately, the 1st mattress we bought was less than satisfactory. We called the Wayne Store about 3 weeks after the initial purchase to discuss a comfort exchange. At this time, we were told that the gentleman we purchased the mattress from was no longer employed. Additionally, we found out that there was a $300 fee applied to the comfort exchange and an additional $50 delivery fee. Although we were displeased with the unforeseen cost, we exchanged the Beautyrest hybrid mattress for the Serta Plush Delevan. We are very satisfied with this new mattress.
