This was the third mattress store I visited. Another mattress store tried to over sell me into buying an expensive mattress by using a scientific pressure point method with psychological hooks. Another one gave me a long company presentation that was not effective since I felt my needs weren’t being heard. Mattress Factory was my third store. When I walked through their door I was very impressed how tasteful, organized and clean the store was, giving me a very good first impression. I had a basic idea of what I needed and my +/- price point. Patrick has a casual manner and listened to my needs and concerns. On my second visit here I chose the mattress that I hope will be right for my aching back. I appreciated the casual and respectful manner during the sale. My mattress will be delivered in 4 days. I will write another review after I’ve slept in my new Serta a while. I’m hopeful this will alleviate my current pain and discomfort.
