Ordered my mattress about two weeks in advance. Salesperson was fantastic, took me through the whole store, explained benefits and features of each brand. Pricing was great, quick service, couldn't be better. But I got a call the day before the delivery, and the mattress wasn't available for the scheduled delivery date. Inventory glitch of some sort. Mattress Factory was ALL OVER THIS, extremely apologetic, threw in an extra, set the new date. Install crew was fantastic, actually advised us on some issues we had with the frame, was fast. I think this was truly an exception to their process, something went sideways but I'll buy again from Mattress Factory
