Jerry was everything you would want in a mattress adviser...knowledgeable, thorough, non-pushy and patient. I think if I had wanted to nap during my choosing he would have just worked around me. Delivery & setup was exactly as ordered. I'll definetly recommend Mattress Factory and especially Jerry. As an aside, I also purchased the very pricey cooling Sleep Tight mattress pad and found it to be extremely hot to sleep on.
