I went on the website before going to the store. I picked out a few mattresses on the website that I wanted to try out in the store. The salesman, Jim, allowed me to lay down on the 3 mattresses that I was considering, and then I chose one of them. I was in the store for only about 40 minutes, in the middle of the afternoon. My schedule did not allow for a very fast delivery, so I will have to wait a few more days for them to deliver it.
