My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and went to Mattress Factory in Montgomeryville. We went in and met with Patrick Murphy. He was really outstanding! He let us browse around and just feel mattresses to get an idea of what kind of feel we were looking for. When we narrowed it down to a few mattresses we had A LOT of questions! Patrick knows his stuff!!! Very impressed with his knowledge. He’s very down to earth and was never pushy. My wife liked him so much! We bought a Serta that same day. No need to haggle because their regular price was hundreds better than anyone. We just received the mattress today and it’s so nice! The delivery team was so awesome. These guys work fast and professional!!! Honestly, I was blown away. The store is huge!!! They have pretty much every brand! Very cool. When my wife and I originally set out to buy a mattress we were going to buy one from an online Bed-In-a-Box mattress website. I had a chance to test one of these “top rated” online mattresses before we came to Mattress Factory and it was terrible! I’m so glad we didn’t buy the online mattress. Go here- see Patrick and get educated why buying a mattress here is better than online. Trust me!
