Great Customer service, didn't try and sell me something more expensive or more than what I wanted, Like that the company is a small local business. They really knew their products and helped me make the right decision. The delivery guys were terrific, great care in delivery, and took old bed and frame away with them. Saturday delivery was perfect since I work week days. Would definitely recommend Mattress Factory.
