Patrick and Eric were very helpful in advising me to choose the best new mattress for my chronic bad back. They answered all of my questions and explained the options for various mattresses that I was considering. My new mattress was delivered within two (2) days. My old one was quickly removed and new mattress placed on my bed. Very nice and efficient deliverymen. Overall my new mattress purchase was a pleasant experience!
