After extensive shopping at department stores, furniture stores and mattress stores we checked out Mattress Factory on our daughter's recommendation. When we met with the sales person we were immediately impressed with his knowledge and the knowledge of other sales people since we made several trips back to MF. They were genuinely concerned with our personal needs and likes without applying any pressure. We finally ended up with Mark Leotta in Deptford who was personable and professional. In addition, we were completely pleased and satisfied with the delivery crew led by Donnie. They were polite, courteous , helpful , and professional . They made sure the new frame was properly attached to the headboard and then removed the trash and left the room spotless. We really appreciated the care they took in a friendly manner. We would highly recommend Mattress Factory to anyone seeking to purchase a mattress set. MF has all the right components in their sales staff and delivery crews.
