The store manager, Jerry Polansky, was excellent in his description of all mattresses on display. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and all the information he gave us was exactly what we were looking for at the time of purchase. We are very satisfied with this purchase and we will, in the future, go to Mattress Factory for any future mattress purchases.
