We had a great experience at the Mattress Factory. We knew the qualities in the mattress we wanted to purchase as well as price range and felt that they delivered perfectly. We didn't feel like we were trying to be upsold in any way which was comforting. Plus the fact that the Mattress Factory is a family owned company is nice to know too. We would buy from them again!
