The best service but the bed (Serta IComfort) has been pretty bad. The showroom model was soft and comfortable but the delivered model was not comfortable. We thought initially the bed needed to be broken in or our bodies needed to adapt to memory foam but it's just not working. My wife and I wake up with lower back pain every morning. I stopped by to speak with my sales rep Ron and he has been amazing. He is going to try and see what he can do to help us because right now we are stuck with an uncomfortable bed. So we shall see...
