We worked with Steven. He was very patient and explained things very clearly. He answered all of our questions, even those we asked more than once. I really appreciated that he wasn't set on selling us the most expensive mattress but the mattress that was going to best for us and meet our wants/needs. We love our new bed. Thank you!
