I love going to the Exton store. I have used them for all my mattresses. Jerry Polansky is the store manager. He is wonderful. He is very patient with me trying to make up my mind which mattress I wanted. I have Spinal Stenosis and I needed to replace he mattress I had so I can be comfortable. All sales people should take lessons from him on how to treat customers, patience and nice. This is my 3rd Mattress from Mattress Factory and would never go anywhere else.
