We chose Mattress Factory as the place to begin our search for our new mattress because the sales people don't work on commission. The sales manager, Jerry, assisted us and couldn't have been more helpful. There's many mattress models available to try out and apparently their warehouse is well-stocked as we didn't have to wait at all to schedule delivery. Jerry was professional, answered our questions directly, and expedited the closure of our transaction.
