He was was patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. He is the type of individual who will greatly enhance the team/organization he serves. Also, he has tenure with the Mattress Factory (rare in this field) which speaks volumes regarding the quality of the organization... as only a quality organization will be able to keep quality people.
