We had just returned from a vacation, and after sleeping on some wonderful mattresses, it was clear we needed a new one. We had already decided that we wanted a Simmons Beautyrest and learned that The Mattress Factory carried them. We went, spoke to a sales rep (Erich), who was very helpful, and happily purchased the mattress that day. It was delivered just a few days later and we're now happily enjoying new comfort!
