Went shopping on Labor Day for a new mattress and stopped at a few places. Every place we stopped had very few salespeople working (Sleepy's in Hatfield only had one incredibly stressed person working the whole store), and some other frustrated customers at one store recommended we go see Mattress Factory. We were pleasantly surprised at the selection and very pleased with the service we received from Andrew Hoven. Every commitment made was fully met (delivery contact/set-up/etc) and we're very happy with the experience. We would definitely shop here again.
