I was prepared to be followed around and pressured into buying as with all my other experiences. Instead, even though it was a slow night, Erich was very relaxed, no pressure, offered information about some sales, and then let us browse and test with no hovering! It was great and the only reason I bought that day instead of waiting like my original plan.
