Before arriving at MF we went to Sears and Sleepys and by far Mattress Factory was the best experience. Erich at Montgomeryville, PA store was helpful and knowledgable and although we didn't purchase a mattress on our first visit he was professional and was not high pressure sales. We returned 6 months later (after staying in a hotel we realized how awful our old mattress had become) and Erich was again very helpful and gave us some alone time to discuss between ourselves about price, selection, etc. Thank you Erich! Delivery was on time and 2 nice guys did take away and set up.
