I expected to walk in and have to immediately ward off sales people, as with most mattress distributors. I was surprised to have the floor to myself for a few good minutes before being greeted. And when I was asked what I was looking for, they listened. I said I'd look around and they let me and I decided to shop elsewhere and come back if I didn't find a better deal or sales team. So I came back!
