Wanted to replace mattress. Erich at the Montgomeryville store was very helpful and narrowed my search. Mattress Factory had an ultra firm hybrid mattress which is exactly what I wanted. I like that fact Mattress Factory will not return your mattress once delivered so you know you are not getting a mattress someone else has previously slept on. It is brand new. I understand that other retailers allow you to return them and then repackage them.
