After visiting several stores - only to be hassled, with salesmen not listening to what I was looking for, and instead showing me other options because "I should upgrade". Exhausted and annoyed, we found the Mattress Factory for our last stop of the day. When we walked in, right away Chris came out and greeted us. He listened to what we were looking for, showed the options with all the info about each mattress, and gave us time to wander around to check out the inventory (which was larger than the all competitors). When I found the one I loved, the price was much lower than then other stores. Even better! Overall, the experience was great. I would recommend the mattress factory to anyone and will only go there from now on.
