We went to another store prior to this one because of the sale they had going on. We told that sales person what we were looking for and she took us to three different mattresses. None of which were part of the sale. When we walked into Mattress Factory Ron asked what we were looking for and narrowed our search quickly and with a lot of patience and knowledge.
