I went into my search for a new mattress knowing that I would probably encounter a pain-in-the-butt salesperson who would push me in a certain direction. Shopping at the Mattress Factory turned out to be the complete opposite. It was really relaxed and the salesperson was excellent. I got all the info I needed and nothing was pushed down my throat. Above all, the pricing was better at Mattress Factory than it was at Sleepy's.
