When looking for a new mattress, I looked online for the best reviews. Mattress Factory got excellent reviews so I called and Jerry couldn't have been more professional or more pleasant. I told him exactly how firm I wanted the mattress and that's exactly what I got. Visiting a couple of other mattress stores previously, I realize how much more knowledgable Jerry was about his products. The delivery was conventient and on time. I would defiantly recommend them.
