We had a really great experience at Mattress Factory. Jerry Polansky sold us our mattress and he was great! He helped us narrow down what we really needed and gave us a lot of good information. When we came back in to purchase the mattress he told me he would call me the day before delivery to give me a time frame. True to his word he called the day before, he went a step further and called me the day of delivery when they left and told me they would be to my house in 15 minutes. That was a HUGE help. The delivery guys were GREAT too! We will definately be purchasing from Mattress Factory and Jerry Polansky again!
