I do not care to deal with salesman in general, but i must admit when "Erich" my salesman listened and understood exactly what I was looking for and price range.He did not try to oversell and I was actually quite pleased with the final numbers he was able to work up for me. My mattress was delivered within the time frame promised by Mattress Factory. The delivery men were very professional and actually worked for the company and were not subcontractors.
