From the moment we walked in, our salesman, John, was helpful & knowledgeable, but at no time pushy or "in your face". He answered all questions & gave us plenty of time to try all the mattresses we wanted. In the end, we chose the Sealy I Comfort Applause Plush Adjustable. We could hardly wait for it to arrive. It's been heaven to sleep on it ever since. All in all, we think we made an excellent choice, both in the mattress we bought & the store we bought it in.
