My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade to a new and better mattress. After much research it was determined that Mattress Factory would be the best place to go...and it was. Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and concerns and gave us multiple options fully explaining the differences between the options. He let us be and roam around trying the options until we made our decision. Great experience! We did not feel pressured to get the most expensive mattress or rushed to make our decision. Great location, facility, and staff!
