My mattress purchase experience was excellent. The sales person (Jim, Langhorne) was very knowledgeable and accommodating as me and my spouse tried many mattresses. He was also very helpful as we decided to purchase pillows, a mattress pad and the Serta Pivot base in lieu of a box spring. I would definitely recommend Mattress Factory to my friends.
