We were so lucky to have the Serta Rep in the store they day we come by. He was wonderful and took so much time finding out what would be best for us and recommending the correct mattress. He was not from that store but a rep for the Serta company. I think his name was Mike, but not sure. He really answered all my questions and I ended up purchasing that day.
