Shopping for a Queen size mattress on President Day, first stop was at Mattress Factory due to the Radio/TV commercials. Andrew greeted us as we came in and asked us questions on what we were looking for in a mattress/box spring. Directed us to Serta I Series and Beauty Rest to try, found I series to be a better fit for us. Andrew was very knowledgeable and provided us information on the way we sleep by suggesting a particular pillow type to purchase with our new Mattress and Perfect Motion II platform base. We both felt very satisfied with our purchase, when we arrive at home, made some inquires online to see if price was comparable. It saved us from shopping around on President Day weekend for other deals on mattress/box spring set.
