I came into the Matress Factory to replace an old mattress. Eric H, kindly greeted me at the door,asked what I was looking for and directed me towards the right direction. He left me alone to browse at my own pace with no sales pressure. After my selection, Eric looked to see if he can find a better price which he did. He quickly wrote up the order and had it delivered the next day.
