Our sales person, Ron, was very patient and helpful during the nearly 2 hours we spent at the store, and he was also very engaging. He asked the appropriate questions to narrow the mattresses that best suited our taste and comfort level. He didn't push any specific brand, but was very knowledgeable about each of the beds we tried, highlighting the brands' pros and cons, as it pertained to the price point and value for the price. He suggested very suitable alternatives to the higher priced mattresses, and to his surprise, we bought the most expensive mattress set in the store. Our primary goal was to buy the most comfortable, quality set, regardless of cost, and we appreciated his honesty and non-pushy style.
