Although our mattress has not been officially delivered and received (we just made our purchase today) we were really impressed with the Mattress Factory in Exton. Jerry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and non pressuring! My husband and I spent a good few hours trying out different beds and Jerry was available to us with any questions we had. He made our shopping and buying experience a success as we ended up purchasing our much needed new mattress today! We are hoping we enjoy the bed when it arrives as much as we did today. We will be referring our friends and family.
