After being pressured and hounded at other mattress stores, it was a HUGE relief to have my salesman, Maruf, genuinely help me find the mattress that was right for me! There was no pressure or sense of urgency whatsoever. Maruf provided knowledge on the various mattresses, consumer reports ratings and performance, and a willingness to answer all of my questions.
