I'm posting this review for I just had the best sale experience ever. Not just buying a mattress. We needed a mattress for my youngest child and I called around for info and pricing and went on line. Chose Mattress factory for it seemed a good buy and might be least complicated place to go. On the phone my questions where answered politely and completely with out a log sales pitch. Then when I got to the store it was the same. Polite sales experience with out a drawn out sales pitch and waste of my time. I told them what are needs where and was shown my options and was allowed to make my own decision. Then completed my purchase with ease. I will only be going these people for all my mattress needs for know on. If you don't use these people you just wasted your time and money.
