I went into The Mattress Factory 8/30/14 looking for a new bed ,but totally clueless to mattress buying. I was met by Dennis, who was Extremely helpful. His knowledge, experience, and professional non-pushy manner were comforting ...and he didn't mind my thousand questions, and had an intelligent answer for each of them. With my new knowledge,I went home and did hours of research ...went back the next day and purchased the Comforpedic IQ ....couldn't be happier. Also, their prices are shockingly lower than anyone else for the same exact product!!! Other brand name stores raise products to a rediculous price....then offer a 50% off sale ...and it still turns out to be hundreds and hundreds more $$$ than the Mattress Factory. If you.purchass bedding from anyone other than The Mattress Factory....shame on you...it's like throwing money out the window.
