After searching around for about a couple of months; sleep number, departments (sears/macys), furniture stores, we found mattress factory. Fist, they are patient and very knowledgeable about the product. Second, not pushy at all, no sneaky sales tactics or gimmicks, no pressure at all. Prices were best we've seen (I've even driven down to Delaware). We bought our mattress today, even got a good financing deal. If you're looking for a mattress, this is the store to find it, prices + customer service can't be beat.
