Service was excellent and there was no pressure. We knew what we wanted and Mark looked it up and found it. We tried a mattress to go with the adjustable base. Mark gave us a quote, than we said we wanted to check sleepys......what a mistake we left that store and went back to Mark and Mattress Factory, and actually got a bigger bed for a few more dollars. The prices are excellent and Mark and Dan are the best. Don't waste your time go to Mattress Factory for the best at a fair price and sales people that care
