Two years ago we purchased a Simmons, Black Lexi, bed set, $1500+ and really loved the extreme firmness and price especially after comparing prices before purchase. A few months ago we purchased another bed set $1500+ and were totally dissatisfied. Not with the Mattress Factory but the bed. Without delving into the complete story let me say Ira & Shawn were truly professional and handled the situation to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend doing business with them based on the price alone...shop and you will know. But also their professionalism. . I assure you I have no affiliation with the company.
