I purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress from The Mattress Factory and it did not stand up to its claim. I notified The Mattress Factory & Stearns & Foster. I never heard from Stearns & Foster but I spoke with a manager from The Mattress Factory and they replaced my Stearns & Foster mattress with a new mattress of my choice. I would recommend anyone to purchase a mattress from The Mattress Factory. They went above & beyond to make things right. Thank you to The Mattress Factory.
