Andrew was great. He pointed us to a mattress we probably would have not considered and it's working out great. Best part: No pressure to buy an extended warranty or financing. I did plenty of research and Mattress Factory definitely had the best prices. Also, there was a defect in the first mattress that was delivered (certainly not Mattress Factory's fault as it came in factory sealed bag) but we had a replacement the next day. Great service, great prices. What's not to love?
